Tuesday, October 18

The conference opens on Tuesday with a welcome reception at 5 PM. Optional daytime activities include GLIPSA and a Pangolin Quickshow Workshop. The opening reception will be in the sponsor hall at Buffalo State College. A sponsor showcase will follow before buses take guests back to the hotel. There are many food options near the hotel for anyone wanting a later dinner.

Wednesday, October 19

Conference activities take place at Buffalo State College on Wednesday. Paper Presentations, Posters, Sponsor Hall time, Dome presentations and special tours will make for a fun day on campus and around Buffalo. Following dinner, mingle in the sponsor hall over cocktails before heading back to the hotel.

Thursday, October 20

Thursday will be split between the Williamsville North High School campus and Buffalo State College. Buses will take delegates to the high school in the morning for paper presentations, sponsor demos, the business meeting, and the group photo. Dinner with a guest speaker will be at the college, with a fun Science After Dark menu of activities at the end of the night.

Friday, October 21

No bussing will be required on Friday as all conference events will take place at the hotel. Friday will feature the Astronomy Update, paper presentations, state meetings, special interest groups, the banquet, awards, and the Spitz Lecture.

Saturday, October 22

All activities will be at the hotel on Saturday and the conference will conclude before lunch. We will have workshops, door prizes, and the closing on Saturday, with an optional post conference tour to Niagara Falls on Saturday afternoon.
