Conference Sponsorship Deadlines:
- September 10 - Regular Registration ends
- September 10 - Full dome content must be received by this date
- September 10 - Unbooked rooms at primary hotel (Candlewood Suites) are released
- September 12 - Conference bag items must be received by this date
- September 19 - Unbooked rooms at secondary hotel (Best Western) are released
- September 26 - Late Registration ends
- September 26 - First date for equipment to arrive
- October 8 - Last date for equipment to arrive
- October 10 - Conference starts
- October 13 - Conference ends
What's new or different this year?
- Sponsorship is now à la carte. Only sign up for the exhibit space and plenary time you desire.
- There are two distinct processes for companies: [1] Signing up the company for a sponsorship (e.g. selecting sponsorship level, amount of plenary time and sponsor exhibit hall space, etc.) and [2] registering individual employees (Sponsor Representatives) to attend the conference (e.g. selecting meal options, etc.)
- Membership is not included. You and members of your team are not required to join GLPA but are more than welcome to do so. You will be offered an opportunity to join as you work through the Sponsor Representative registration process.
- We have created a special sponsor meal package that ends after Friday lunch. You also have the option of selecting the complete meal package.
- One registration fee covers ALL employees.
- There will be 2 hours of plenary exhibit hall viewing time.
- The Sponsor Exhibit Hall will be closed during meals so sponsors who purchased a meal package may eat with delegates.
- Wednesday's Opening Reception will be substantial (i.e. no need to eat before).
- If sponsorship requests can be accommodated after the sponsor registration deadline (Sept. 10), a $150 late fee will be assessed.

We have space for only two portable domes: a 21-foot diameter and a 24-foot diameter; they will be assigned on a first-to-register, first-to-pay basis. The option to request portable dome space is available only at the "Galaxy" or higher levels of sponsorship. |

Sending your equipment to the conference site
The Henry Center and Abrams Planetarium cannot accept shipped equipment/material (except digital content) to be stored before the conference. The MSU Logistics department offers a convenient event material management system where everything is shipped to one campus location up to 2 weeks before the event and stored in a climate controlled area. It will be delivered to the respective venue (Henry Center or Abrams Planetarium) the day it's needed. The logistics team will also retrieve your materials after the conference and ship them with your prepaid return shipping label.
