All seven US regional planetarium associations united to create their recommendations for what every person should know before leaving high school, at what grade level astronomical concepts should be taught and how planetariums can help convey those concepts (2015). The resulting "Astronomy Literacy" document (linked below) was integrated into this Google Slide deck of resources and information for aligning planetarium programming with The Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) by the GLPA Education Committee.
